How to Apply
International students applying for admission must submit the following:
- A completed online application; Undergraduate International Student Admission Application or Graduate International Student Admission Application
- If you prefer, you may download a copy of the instructions and application.
- The application service fee
- Results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing Service (IELTS) must be sent to WVU directly from the Educational Testing Service
- Original or certified copies of all official academic record in original language of issue (transcripts from U.S. institutions must be sent to WVU directly from the institutions).
Unofficial photocopies are not acceptable. - Original or certified copies of all academic certificates or Diplomas in original language of issue
- Official English translations of Academic Records and certificates/ Diplomas
- For Visa documents: Certification of financial support and copy of current passport.
- All application materials should be submitted together at the same time if possible
