ACCESS Program Application

To Take WVU Courses On-Campus or On-Line, follow these steps to apply to the WVU ACCESS program.

Note: If you are a student at Morgantown High or University High, you may be admitted and registered for your course(s) during the Spring and/or Fall visit of WVU admission staff and advisors to your school. Other students should:

1. Download an ACCESS WVU undergraduate application/registration form . Our forms are stored in Adobe’s portable document format (PDF). To view and print them, you will need Adobe Reader.
Please staple the two application/registration pages together before sending to the Admissions office.

2. Complete and obtain the required signatures. Be sure that your guidance counselor includes your cumulative HS GPA and indicates the scale (4.0 or other). Refer to the list of recommended courses and the WVU on-line course schedule.

3. Send the application/registration form to:

4. Once you are registered for your course, you will be billed for undergraduate tuition and fees.

5. Attend your class(es) and enjoy all that WVU has to offer.

Note: Students wishing to take a WVU math class must submit ACT or SAT scores or take the WVU Quantitative Reasoning Assessment (QRA). Minimum scores needed for each course and information about the QRA can be found at: http://math.wvu.edu/drupal/node/10
